The growth of real incomes of the Eurozone residents in the 4th quarter slowed to 0.3%

In the 4th quarter of 2017, household income per capita in 19 Eurozone countries increased by 0.3% in real terms, following an increase of 0.4% in the previous quarter, according to Eurostat, the European statistical Agency.

Real per capita consumption in the Euro area in October-December did not change after rising 0.4% a quarter earlier.

In 28 EU countries, the growth of incomes of residents accelerated to 0.7% after an increase of 0.6% in the 3rd quarter of last year.

The increase in real household consumption per capita in the EU slowed to 0.3% after rising 0.7% a quarter earlier.
