The dollar rose to the level of 69 rubles.
As of 16: 28 GMT, the European national currency is trading at the level of 80.36 rubles, adding 88 kopecks or 1.21% to the closing level of yesterday. The dollar at the time of this writing was worth 69,08 RUB, also an increase of 77 kopecks and 1.21%.
